Rumours on changes to the new rules

There are a lot of rumours going around about more changes to the New Rules of the Game.
None of the Governing Bodies of our sport, FIRS, CIRH, CERH, CIA or CEA have made any official statements about this as yet.
Any proposals will have to be ratified at the next CIRH Assembly which is taking place in Austria at the end of October.
Until this ratification has taken place, nothing changes from the rules already in place.
Even if some of the proposed rule changes are approved, we in England, as with other Countries, have the right to decide when and if we introduce them to our domestic hockey.
So, until all the processes have been completed and we know officially what changes are to be made to the new rules, we will continue to use those rules that we have been using since September 2008.
