Eight teams will be competing in this years Allen Mezzanines League Cup, Letchworth, Herne Bay United, Bury, Houghton Regis, Cottenham, Grimsby, Colchester and Middlesbrough. This annual two day event will be held at the Ross Peers Sports Centre, Soham on Saturday 12th September and Sunday 13th September starting at 12 noon with Colchester v Grimsby.
