Congratulations to Derek Bell of Sheffield Wildcats for being selected to referee the 2008 CERS Cup semi final in Dinan France last weekend. Derek has traveled to many countries (expenses paid) over the last twelve months as an International referee, amongst the International tournaments and championships he has reffed at this season are, the 2007 Ladies European championships in Alcorcon Spain, the 2007/8 European league in Vilanova Spain, the 2007/8 CERS Cup preliminary rounds in Blanes Spain and Coutres France. Derek is at the sharp end of International Roller hockey and leading the way for International referees in England.
