England 2  Andorra 0 ( Half time 1-0)

What an end to the week!

Another solid performance from a young and improving team.
The man to man restricted defence, with pressure on the man with the ball, was fantastic.

The first goal came from a direct instruction from the bench to exploit a defensive flaw in the opposition.
The second goal came from a set move practiced often at the preparation training sessions.
Overall performance: solid, resilient played with commitment and enthusiasm.
Finally, a big thank you for the noisy and motivating supporters, who have been fantastic all week.

President’s comments: A great job done by all throughout the week both on and off the rink. 6 games, 2 wins, results closer than they have been in recent years, apart from the Portugal result, 7th place overall underlines the positive work that we are doing in England. The whole delegation have been perfect ambassadors for us throughout the whole week showing good discipline and respect.

I would like to publicly thank them all for all their efforts in taking our game one more step forward.

I would like to reinforce the Coaches comments regarding the amazing supporters who really excelled them selves throughout the last game against Andorra.
