The continuation of the 2007 AGM will take place on SUNDAY 19th August at 10am at the Bushfields Sports Centre.

There is only 1 item on the Proposals lodged by the Bury RHC These are as you received before the Meeting on 15th July. (attached).

As this is technically the same meeting the following points need to be noted: who signed in at the meeting of 15th and issued with voting cards will have them re-issued, the individual representative can be different.
- Proxy Forms accepted that day will remain valid.
- No new Proxy Forms can be submitted.
- The maximum number of votes registered on the 15th will remain.
- Clubs not in attendance on the 15th cannot now be signed in or issued with voting cards.
- Clubs not in attendance on 15th forfeited their right to the £100 refund and attending on 19th will not alter that.
- All ‘new’ attendees will be deemed visitors with no voting rights. They will of course be permitted to contribute to the discussions.

Article 8 G)i of the NRHA M& A’s (updated Jan 2002 following the EGM) states ” No part of the M&As shall be amended unless a Special Resolution (Proposal) is carried by two thirds majority of those attending and entitled to vote at an AGM or EGM called for the purpose of considering such amendments”
