This year will be the 30th year that the club has staged the Farnham Shield (formally known as The Maltings Cup) Invitational Roller Hockey Tournament at Farnham.
They would like to invite your team to join them for this annual event in the Roller Hockey season, as in previous years we will accept players who are aged under 13 years on 1st September 2006.
The event will take place at the Farnham Sports Centre on Sunday 26th November 2006 and commence at 0800 hrs and finish at approx 1600 hrs.
The Tournament will comprise of 8 teams split into two pools. The following Awards will be presented at the end of the Tournament:
• Farnham Shield for the Winning Team
• Medals for the players comprising the Winning and Runners – up
• Placement Shields for each participating Team
• Award for the Most Promising Player – George Maddox Shield
• Fair Play Team Award – Drake – Wilks Cup
• Best Goalkeeper Award
As in previous years this event is booked very quickly so an early reply will help to ensure your place, applications will be accepted on a first received basis. Notification of the program will be given as soon as all applications are received.
