09.0 Players Arrive
09.30 – 12.30 Rink 1 with C Amaral & A Corr
09.30 - 12.30 Rink 2 With C Amaral & A Corr
UNDER 15s
12.0 Players Arrive
12.30 – 13.30 Rink 2 with C Amaral & A Corr
12.30 - 15.30 Rin 1 with C Amaral & A Corr

15.30 – 18.30 Rink 1 with P McVey & D White
Club Coaches should, whenever possible, accompany their players to these sessions to help them to put into practise back in their club environment what they have been taught. The National Coaches if asked will issue information on exercises etc that have been practiced at the sessions.
Goals will be available on both Rinks
