Tony Czifra, Referees EXecutive for the NCRHA has sent this message to all NCRHA Affiliated Clubs today. It has also been sent by post to the official addresses of Secretaries of these Clubs.
Tony said “If you are a player/coach/manager etc of a Club playing in NCRHA leagues, you need to MAKE SURE whoever controls your players registration cards is aware of this, as ignorance of the initiative will not mean being excluded from the ruling at your next tournament”.

This email is copied to players officials and Referees (all with delivery & read receipts), of all NCRHA Affiliated Clubs and will be sent by traditional post to all Club Secretaries.
PLEASE NOTE :
With effect from March 19th 2006, any TEAM, or PLAYER attending any NCRHA Fixture (Seniors/U15’s/U13’s or Cups) without a valid NRHA Registration Card, or without a Photograph on the Registration Card, will NOT be allowed to play until a VALID CARD is shown to the Referees and Officials, or written confirmation from the NRHA of the player’s registration status is provided. NCRHA has allowed adherence of this rule to slide over the past seasons, and investigation over the past 8 weeks has seen issues at almost all Clubs.
NCRHA has informed the NRHA General Secretary & President of this matter and have the full backing of the NRHA.
TO AVOID DISSAPPOINTMENT OF PLAYERS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO PLAY FOR YOUR CLUB, THE NCRHA STRONGLY SUGGESTS ALL CLUBS HAVE AN IMMEDIATE REVIEW OF REGISTRATION CARDS TO ENSURE THEY ARE VALID FOR THE EVENT THE PLAYER IS ATTENDING.
