09.00 Players arrive
09.30 – 10.30 Fitness test in Rink 2 with Jayne Street.
09.30 – 12.30 Rink 1 with P. McVey/D. White
10.30 – 12.30 Rink 2 with P. McVey/D. White

Vitor Hugo will be attending this session
Goal cages will be available on both Rinks.
