Sun 8th Jan 06 – there was no representative from NCRHA (apology sent) or ECRHA present.
There were many key points of discussion including importance of Recruiting to stem the loss of players and particularly Referees. There are now occasions when there are insufficient referees available for the scheduled programme of Competitions.
Senior Players MUST take responsibility and step up to prevent us having to cancel events/matches.
Clubs who have not provided a Ref for the recent programme of ND1/ND2 will this week receive notice of fines. All Clubs were made aware of this penalty on every League and Referee notice as well as it being published on www.nrha.co.uk. It is £20 per game.
Competition Results are being published promptly on the website and soon you will see goal scorers and player penalty cards too. A tally of these will be kept and it was agreed yesterday that when a player collects 10 points he will have to miss the next game in that competition. A Yellow card is 1 point, a Blue is 3 and a Red is 5. When a player in a match gets 2 Yellows (Blue) he will collect 3 points as it will be the highest rated card that will be counted. This is not a new rule but one which has not been enforced in the recent seasons. This does not override the automatic 1 match suspension that results from a Red card, whether straight or accumulative.
The Executive decided, in the interests of Development, that from beginning of 06/07 Season the England Ladies may play as a Select Team in the National League and that the players that make up this team shall remain entitled to participate with their registered Club in all other Divisions of the National League.
Clubs will receive a copy of the complete Minutes after they have been ratified at the following Meeting.
