Manchester resolved their administration issues with the NRHA and fully paid up their affiliations and registrations to NCRHA to play in the Northern Counties League on Sunday.
With wins over all teams played they top the league with 9 points, chased by Middlesbrough on 6 points, Moss Side on 3, and an improving Halifax team still to get off the mark.
“It’s the first time they have played in the leagues” said Danny Messenger, Coach and Provisional Referee for Halifax, as well as a regular in the Halifax senior side.
The event went well and games were played in good spirits in the most part, with only 2 yellow cards given on the whole day.
