Mike Richardson,NRHA Referee & Officials Director, has received from the CERH clarification on how these new Rules are to be interpreted.
He has sent a copy of these to all the Referees and the Gen Sec is sending them to every Club Secretary and they should have them by the weekend.

PLAYERS/Team Managers/COACHES – you all need to acquaint yourselves with these new directives immediately.
