The date for this Top Class Course is getting closer - 7th/8th May at Bushfields in Peterborough.
The Referees Director has reported that the response so far has not been as good as we expected. These opportunities are not very frequent and with such a person as JORGE PAULETTA prepared to run the course no one should miss it. There is no charge to attend and there is the availability of some contribution from the NRHA towards expenses.
TRH regularly has postings about Rule interpretation and implementation - here is the rare chance to get the answers from the man who wrote the book!
