Middlesbrough have today completed the 2nd claim signing of goalkeeper Kier Macleod from Sheffield Wildcats.

The move came following players being unavailable due to National Premier LEague commitments. Middlesbrough Spokesperson Ray Stewart said “signing Kier is very important to our league aspirations, he is a sound keeper and is obviously very committed as he is travelling with Sheffields Premier League team to Bury St Edmunds on Saturday night, then up to Middlesbrough for 8.30 Sunday morning to make his debut.
