Under 20’s Trials this weekend

Open Selection Trials for the Engalnd U20’s are being held
at the Priory School, Bedford Road, Hitchin, Herts on
Saturday 31st January 2004 starting at 11am and Sunday
1st February 2004 starting at 10am.

Trials will be taken by the team coach, Kos Galtos, who will
make the selection of the England Under 20’s squad. From
this squad the team will be picked to contest the European
Championships, in Germany in the early autumn.

Should players wish to be considered for selection to play
for England, they are are invited to attend ONE of the above
trials. The session will cost £10 and attendance should be
confirmed to manager Gordon Morrison via letter or email
as soon as possible.

Players (excluding goalkeepers) attending must wear an
England training top or plain white top, navy blue shorts
and white socks, please bring plenty of water to drink, as
this will be a tough session!

As a reminder, players who are selected to represent
England at the championships are required to hold a valid
British Passport, have represented their region in the
National Interregional competition this year and must not
have turned 20 years of age in 2004.
