After the weekends tournament in Moss Side, Middlesbrough’s Minors are now only top of the league by 1 point after Moss Side 1 won all 3 of their matches. Top scorer for Moss Side on the day was Orrelle Fletchman with 8 goals, followed closely by Aaron Campbell Baptiste with 7 and Yuri Barnwell with 4.

Manchester won 2 of their 3 games, losing only to Moss Side 1 and are a point behind Moss Side (2 behind Middlesbrough). Top Scorers for the day were Ben Grace with 6 and Aaron Scott with 5.

Spectrum enjoyed the long trip to Moss Side with 2 wins out of their 3 matches which lifted them to 4th place in the table and with games in hand over the top 3 teams. Top scorer at the tournament was Josh Lawson with 9 goals, and the other goals came from Jimmy Ramsey (3) and Rupert Charles (4).

Moss Side 2 won 1 game, with Antiaa Fletchman scoring 8 and Cache Gordon scoring 7 on the day.

Moss Side’s third team didnt win any of their games but are getting better and better all of the time, so the other teams out their need to look out. Elliott Campbell scored 3 goals and Camunelle Fletchman got 4.

Everything is heating up now and the next tournament at Manchester on 07/12/03 sees Sheffield playing their first tournament of the season, and gives Moss Side 1 and Manchester the chance to take over Middlesbrough at the top of the table.
