Tony Czifra, Competitions Director has almost completed all National
Competition Rules for the 2002/3 Season. Already available as PDF downloads
(see the ‘downloads’ link above) are the following National Leagues :
PREMIER, ND1, INTERS (U15’s), and MINORS (U13’s). Still to follow are
Competition Rules for the JUNIORS (U20’s), SCHOOLBOYS (U17’s), VETERANS
(Over38’s) and both LADIES leagues. These rules should always be referrred
to, in conjunction to the Rules of the Game also available, along with the
Referees Guide to Interpretation of the The Rules. “Small amendment – as
catered for by Article 22 in each document – may still be needed in these
rules this season.” said Tony to PRH. He went on to say “It is vitally
important that we ensure our rules are obeyed in the interest of fairness
to all, and the Safety and Welfare of our members.

Ignorance of the Rules
is no excuse anymore, with these being available to all via PRH”. Tony
advised PRH that over the past 2 seasons these rules have needed to be
changed less and less “so it is the aim of NRHA Competitions to have
practically unchanged Competitions Rules for the 2003/4 season”. He
finished, as usual, with what is rapidly becoming the byeline of NRHA
Competitions………”LET’S PLAY ROLLER HOCKEY!”
