Northern Counties squad managers have announced that they are holding training sessions for squads for minors, intermediates, schoolboys and Juniors on the weekend of 4/5 January.
The executive of Northern Counties have been pulling out all the stops to ensure that players interested have the chance to compete nationally and have appointed managers Ray Stewart, Stewart Henderson, Martin Sims, Mark
Taylor, Anthony Buckley, Paul Colton, all of whom will be responsible to
Mike Richardson.
Further to the team manager’s coaches for the teams have also been sought and brought on board.
The Northern counties executive has also decided to segment the region to northeast and northwest as it is felt that this will aid in keeping costs down and will sharpen the focus of representation.
The Northeast squads will train at the Middlesbrough rainbow centre on
Saturday 4th, 9.00a.m. - 3.00p.m. with separate sessions for each age
groups
The Northwest will train the following day at the Manchester Arcadia Minors
& Intermediates 10am to 2pm, Schoolboys & Juniors 2pm to 4pm
