NRHA Ensures Greater Visibility Of National Team Operations

To ensure better communication with members and greater accountability, the NRHA has clarified its reporting requirements to England team managers.

Whilst away at international competitions, managers have been instructed to send, via email or telephone, daily reports on the results of every match in the competition to the NRHA’s Director of Marketing so they can be posted on the web.

They have also been reminded that they are expected to provide a written Competition Report within 14 days of their return to England from competitions, to the NRHA General Secretary, that includes a detailed financial breakdown.

“Its imperative that we share information more widely in our sport and that representatives of the NRHA account for what they do on the members behalf” said Kos Galtos, “When received, these reports will be immediately published on the web and made available to the players who pay the bills.”

“I do kind of think that we will find that our Team Managers put a lot of their own money into our teams and it is important for people to see how it all works out.”
