Commitments: How important are they?

September 5th, 2002 · No Comments

With the withdrawal of 3 Premier League teams (Maidstone, Letchworth and Manchester RHC’s) from the weekends Lennards Cup, questions are being raised as to why some Clubs that register to participate in competitions feel that they can just withdraw.

Many believe that these problems occur because communication within Clubs is not always up to scratch and that disorganisation is the real cause that needs to be addressed.

“Most Clubs have problems communicating with their members and in finding enough people to lend a hand in running the Club” said NRHA Marketing Director Kos Galtos .”“If we are to grow our sport we must respect each other and the commitments that we make to the other teams that sign up for competitions and continue to work at getting more people involved in organising our Clubs”.

To help, schedules for all National competitions will be published on PRH as soon as they are confirmed or amended so participants can just log on and take a look.
